Who is Hardt CS?
We are a loan processing support service to Mortgage Brokers who specialise in Residential & Commercial Mortgage lending and experiencing an explosion in new work and urgently require team members.
What does a Loan Processor/Credit Officer Contractor do?
- Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of all loan applications within Service Level Agreements and with minimal rework.
- Review service level costs for each loan received prior to submission and communicate to brokers and management as required.
- Maintain an efficient and timely process to ensure completion of settlement.
- Regularly update and manage deals via tracking sheets and ensure all deals reflect their current status.
- Dealing with third parties such as banks, solicitors, estate agents etc
- Follow up with brokers as required and drive the customer service experience ensuring there is 100% Broker and client satisfaction. Build and own the relationship with each broker in your portfolio.
- Understand the brokers business and what deals they have in their pipeline.
- Work together to personalise the service that the broker would like you to provide to their clients (includes phone calls/ standard letters etc)
- Act as a team member to the broker and an extension of their own business
- Communicate via phone and email with both brokers and clients at each milestone of the loan progress to ensure that all parties are aware of the progress of the deal.

Payment is per file so you are paid like a business owner. You will have a home office set up with a computer, internet connection, mobile number, and scanning facilities. You are working as a sole trader with ABN (not PAYG) so it will require 3-6 months to build up income,
However, immediate work available and job satisfaction as you build your dream job from home. Picture 12 months down the track being able to create the work/life balance and enjoying the benefits of this.
What qualifications or experience are required to work as a contractor?
Due to the nature of the work the candidate should demonstrate excellent data entry skills, time management, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, have the ability to work autonomously & unsupervised.
Mandatory skills:
- Previous experience processing mortgage loans using online
systems such as ApplyonLine at NABbroker, St George Bank, ANZ, CBA or other lender processing centre
- And/or experience using lender CRM systems such as Flex, Podium, Symmetry, Mercury for credit compliance and loan submissions
- Experience assessing a mortgage loan for serviceability and supporting document requirements
- Customer service skills managing a relationship with broker/clients
- Self-management skills
